Minister Destiny and Andrew — Journey of Help

Privacy, legal, accessibility, and security

Five short pages in one, in plain words. No fine print tricks: what is true about this app fits on one screen each.

Privacy

Your private things stay yours. There are no accounts and no sign-up. There are no trackers, no advertising cookies, and no outside analytics in these pages. Your vault and your tools' records live encrypted or kept only on your own device — that has not changed.

Some doors in this app use the app's own computer, on this domain, and only when you tap them — never on their own, and always with the consent words standing beside the door before anything moves:

That is the whole of it. Nothing else leaves your device, and nothing is sold or shared — there is nothing here to sell.

The tools that remember anything keep that memory only in your own browser, on your own device. We cannot see it, open it, or take anything from it. When you clear it, it is gone. Printing and copying are your choice only: nothing prints, sends, or shares itself. Here is every tool that remembers, and where its memory lives:

Doors out of this app — to official givers' and agencies' own sites — are named beside each link, and you tap those doors yourself. This app never asks for your Social Security number, your bank details, or a bank card. If a page ever asks for those in our name, it is not us.

Your own records, evidence, photos, and words — anything you store in this app's tools — remain your property entirely. We claim no rights over anything of yours.

Not an accredited school. Certificates of Completion only — no degree, diploma, or job promised. Not legal, medical or professional advice. Safe Space is not a 911 service.

This app teaches and guides only. It does not give grants, does not decide applications, and cannot promise anyone will be approved; every decision belongs to the official giver. It is not a government agency, and it is not in partnership with any company or organization named in it; names are resources only, and no money is received for naming them.

Information here is checked against the named official source, and programs change — check the source before you apply. Applying is always free. Anyone charging a fee to apply is not us and not the government.

The identity section gives information and organization tools only. It is not legal, financial, or professional advice. It does not investigate on anyone's behalf, and it cannot promise any record, report, or removal outcome. Experiences told in this app are told as the Minister's own experience; conclusions she draws are her view; documented public facts carry their sources.

This app is free by the Minister's choice. Nothing in it is for sale, and nothing will ever be sold through it.

Accessibility

This app is designed calm: no flashing, no strobing, no motion effects, and no sudden bright changes, on any page, ever. Screens are dark-first, text is large and clear, and every page works with a screen reader. Printing any page gives a clean, readable paper copy, and the Identity and Help pages carry printable cards, letters, and checklists.

A choice at every step. What works today, stated plainly: every page can be read, printed, and listened to (the Listen button reads the page aloud on your own device); every tool works by text and tapping; the Grants Helper offers a voice-answer button on devices whose browser supports speech recognition, and a symbol-tap answer board; the Help page teaches sign language and braille, and carries the printable "I am Deaf" card. Consent in sign language is recorded by the One Consent kit as consent given in sign, in the person's presence — this app cannot watch or judge signing, and it says so where that step stands. Anything beyond this list is described as teaching, not claimed as a working path.

Language choice comes through the translation drop-down at the top of every page of this app; sign languages are treated as languages in their own right.

Accessibility here is not a claim we make about ourselves and stop. If any part of this app does not work with the way you read, hear, see, or move, that is a fault in the app, not in you — and the honest doors for real access needs (your state commissions, the National Library Service, 711 relay, and 2-1-1) are named on the Help page.

Security

Every link in this app was checked against its official source when it was built, and this app is served only over secure (HTTPS) connections. Nothing here starts a download on its own. Any printable is a plain page from this app itself.

The fake-copy warning: this help is free. Any copy of this app that asks for money, passwords, bank details, or a card is a fake. Close it, and report it to the Federal Trade Commission at ReportFraud.ftc.gov. If you believe your information was taken anywhere in a process this app guided you through, the Identity page's steps are your first moves — they are free, and they are in order.

What the app's computer holds is narrow by design: locked backup packages it cannot open, and partner-system records — never your vault, never your records, never anything you did not choose to send through a named door. Your device is your records place; keep it behind your own lock, and keep a second copy of anything important somewhere safe that only you control.

Terms of Use

This app is free to use, for your own help and your own records. By using it you agree to three plain things:

Her domain, her app — no takedowns, no surveillance. This app and this domain — ministerdestinymorgan.com — belong to Minister Destiny Marie Morgan. No person, company, or agency has her permission to take this app down, shut it down, erase it, alter it, or interfere with it, and no one has her permission to surveil the people who use it. Unauthorized access to this app or its systems, and any interference with them, are unlawful and will be pursued and punished under the law to the fullest extent it allows. This app holds no store of its people's private information — there is nothing here to take.

The ownership lock. This app — Minister Destiny and Andrew, Journey of Help — and everything in it were created by and belong to Minister Destiny Marie Morgan, and her © copyright stands on every page. The app is not for sale. No one may buy, sell, or transfer the app, or any approval, partnership, or display right under it: an approval belongs to the approved partner and their place alone, and it cannot be passed to anyone else. No one may copy or clone the app or any part of it. No one may rewrite it in any way. No one may register the app, its name, its content, or anything Minister Destiny Marie Morgan created — in any registry, office, or platform, under any name — as their own. No one may edit or alter the app or anything in it; partners display it exactly as it is served live from her domain, and nothing about it may be changed by anyone but Minister Destiny Marie Morgan herself. Anyone who buys, sells, transfers, copies, clones, rewrites, registers as their own, edits, or alters this app or any part of it — or claims to — loses any approval at once: the approval is withdrawn, the display stops, and their name comes off the public Partners page. These acts are violations of law. Unauthorized use of this app and its contents is unlawful, and violations will be pursued and punished under the law to the fullest extent it allows. All rights are reserved.

If any part of these terms does not sit right with you, the doors out are simple: clear the tools on this device at any time, and close the app. Nothing follows you.
