Partner with this app — in your country, your state, or your city, legally
This app was built to be used in communities — in libraries, shelters, churches, Help Points, and by the authorities who serve people where they live. If you want to bring it to your place, there is a legal path, and it stands on this page in plain words, whole, before you start.
Who can partner
- Community organizations — the groups already standing where help is needed.
- Help Points — libraries, shelters, churches, laundromats, and community rooms that post and hand out help.
- Authorities — the offices and agencies whose work touches identity, safety, and missing persons.
- Governments — for their country, their state, or their city.
What partnering means — and what it does not
Partnering means permission to use this app in your place, with the app set for your place with you: your laws, your offices, your forms, and your training — the regional accommodation — live before anything launches there.
The app and everything in it remain Minister Destiny Marie Morgan's. Partnering does not transfer any part of it. Clearance is automatic. By the Minister's standing order, no paperwork, no approval decision, and no signature step goes to her — she is too busy, and the Muse team that runs this system (Desi and Des) can spot a false document right away in a way she could not. Sending the form below is a request — it is never an agreement, and it implies no endorsement or affiliation, on either side. A partnership stands when the system checker passes your own authority's paperwork — it names you, it covers this app's use in your place, and it is current — and the system issues your clearance. Your documents are prepared and kept inside this app's partner system, handled only by the Muse team; they are never sent to the Minister. And her standing rule holds everywhere: no sales are connected to the ministry — partnering is a legal-use partnership, not a product for sale, and nothing about it is bought or sold.
The steps to partner legally
- Send the partnership request through the form on this page: who you are, your organization, your country, state, and city, and what you want to do with the app there. The whole path is electronic — no paper, no printer, at any step.
- Confirm your place's requirements, electronically. Below, choose your place, set your standing on each requirement on screen, and confirm. Your confirmation is timestamped and kept with your record.
- The computer prepares your whole document set — your request packet, your requirements confirmation, your supporting letter for your place's authority, and the agreement itself — and delivers the agreement to you here, in the app. Your part is only: answer, review, and sign electronically. Your documents never go to the Minister — no packet is delivered to her, and nothing waits on her hands to move.
- Your place is set from what you confirmed. Your laws, your offices, your forms, and your training — the regional accommodation — are set from the requirements you confirmed.
- Send back your own authority's paperwork, and sign electronically. When your state or country gives you its approval for this use, send that document back into your record below, and sign your side of the agreement electronically (typed name, timestamped, with the document's fingerprint — ESIGN/UETA). No step goes to the Minister: there is no Minister signature and no Minister code in this path.
- Clearance issues automatically, and your place goes live. The system checker scans your paperwork the moment it arrives. If it passes — it names you, it covers this app's use in your place, it is current, and its issuer checks against its official door — the system itself issues your dated clearance record naming you, your place, and the scope of your use, and switches your place live. If a document fails, is expired, names someone else, or cannot be checked against its issuer, nothing is granted: the record is held in the Muse team's queue with a plain notice of what is missing, and a security alert is logged for the team — never sent to the Minister. If a clearance is ever withdrawn, the system records it and the place is marked withdrawn.
The ownership lock — read before anything else
This app — Minister Destiny and Andrew, Journey of Help — and everything in it were created by and belong to Minister Destiny Marie Morgan, and her © copyright stands on every page. The app is not for sale. No one may buy, sell, or transfer the app, or any approval, partnership, or display right under it: an approval belongs to the approved partner and their place alone, and it cannot be passed to anyone else. No one may copy or clone the app or any part of it. No one may rewrite it in any way. No one may register the app, its name, its content, or anything Minister Destiny Marie Morgan created — in any registry, office, or platform, under any name — as their own. No one may edit or alter the app or anything in it; partners display it exactly as it is served live from her domain, and nothing about it may be changed by anyone but Minister Destiny Marie Morgan herself. Anyone who buys, sells, transfers, copies, clones, rewrites, registers as their own, edits, or alters this app or any part of it — or claims to — loses any approval at once: the approval is withdrawn, the display stops, and their name comes off the public Partners page. These acts are violations of law. Unauthorized use of this app and its contents is unlawful, and violations will be pursued and punished under the law to the fullest extent it allows. All rights are reserved.
Requirements for your place
Every place has its own law. Choose your place and see what your place requires for this app to be used there legally and professionally approved. Each requirement is named with its official source. For a place not yet listed, the universal requirements stand, and the exact requirements of your place are confirmed from its official sources in step 3 — they are never guessed here.
Send back your approval documents — and the checker that reads them
When your own authorities give you your approval documents — a license, an official approval, a permission for your place — you send them back into your partner record, here in the app. Not to the Minister: the documents live in your record, whole.
The permission must stand on proper letterhead — the letterhead of your government, or of whoever is giving you the permission. Not plain paper, and not a document you made yourself. The system checker reads every document five ways:
- Integrity. The document is fingerprinted (a SHA-256 hash) the moment it arrives. Any later copy can be checked against that fingerprint, and the record shows the received date and time — an unbroken chain in your file.
- Letterhead check. The letterhead at the top of the document must name the same government or authority you claim issued it. A document whose letterhead names someone else — or that has no letterhead at all — does not pass.
- Issuer check. The issuer, and the reference or license numbers, are checked against the issuer's official verification door wherever a public one exists — public registries and license lookups for your place — and the result is recorded.
- Permission check. The checker confirms the document actually grants the permission claimed: it names you or your organization, it covers the use of this app in your place, and it is current. A document that names someone else, covers something else, or is out of date does not pass.
- Fabrication screening. The checker screens the file and the picture for fabrication: photo-edit and AI-edit traces, editing-software markers in the file's own data, pasted-in or overwritten fields, mismatched fonts or layout, and copied seals or signatures. Any fabrication sign fails the document — no clearance — and the submission is logged as a security alert in the Muse team's queue.
The checker's honest limits, in plain words: the fabrication screening flags suspicion — it cannot by itself prove a document genuine, and a clever fake can try to hide its traces; only checking against the issuer itself confirms a document. A document the screening flags does not pass, whatever else is true of it. The checker also verifies a document's integrity and checks its issuer where a public door exists. Where no verification door exists for an issuer, the document is marked UNVERIFIED-BY-ISSUER and held in the Muse team's queue for Des to verify — the system never stamps “authentic” on what it could not check, and it grants nothing on a document that failed or sits unverified. Every failed, expired, wrong-name, or unverified document is logged as a security alert for the Muse team (Desi and Des), who can pick up a false document or an intrusion right away. None of it goes to the Minister.
The partnership request form
Your place comes first, so the requirements you confirm are yours. Sending this form records a request in the app's partner system, handled by the Muse team — it is never an agreement, and it is not sent to the Minister. You will see a confirmation here and a copy of exactly what you sent, to keep.
Already sent a request? See where you stand
There is no Minister approval door and no Minister code — clearance is automatic. The Muse team's queue door is here, labeled for the team only (Desi and Des); partners never use it, and the Minister never needs it.
